- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge for face-time only. Any work done via email, or reviewing video homework, is done on my own time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can work with a client for a minimum of an hour if they just need a set of eyes and feedback in order to polish a presentation. Or, if we're doing ongoing work I think it would be best to meet weekly. For some people we meet periodically whenever they have a particular project that is very public-facing. Public speaking is a developed skillset, so how often and how long will depend on your current status and goals, I am flexible to what you need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taught college classes, hired and trained staffs of 60 on how to develop their own presenting and programming skills, certified as a public speaker, and take on leadership roles within Toastmasters that put me in the position to mentor others who are working on their public speaking skills.
