- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important process is to ease the client's comfort level so they can receive the utmost benefits from a session or training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Clinical Cardiac Specialist, Field Engineer by trade and have worked with patients, physicians and staff for over 30 years. I learned that the more time I spent with a patient helped them express their fears, emotions which in turn guided them to better understanding and ultimately a much better outcome! I have Certified in Reiki Levels I,II, Teacher and Master. Certified as a Meditation Instructor and Certification as a Spirit Guide through Hay House, Deborah King's Course. My novel "Out of Habit" is published through Balboa Press and I own the rights to distribute, my second novel "Web of Silence" will be released April 1, 2020. Working in healthcare opened my eyes to healing and guiding clients in a holistic manner. It has been a wonderful path and I love nothing more than to share this experience with others.
