What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is very reasonable. There are special promotions and discounts available. This is discussed during the initial consultation which is free of charge. Package pricing is also available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to get to know the client first in order to determine style and sense of flair. Secondly, I like to find out as much as possible about what the client wants and converse with the client to ensure understanding on both sides of the spectrum. Once both parties agree on what is expected, a contract is signed and the deposit is collected. I then work very closely with the client to ensure plans align with the customer's needs until the project is completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been planning events of all kinds since 1986. I was employed as a special event planner for twenty years.
