- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free, detailed estimates with transparent pricing and no hidden fees. Every project is priced based on the size of the job, the type of flooring, the condition of the existing floor, and any required floor preparation or repairs. We strive to offer competitive pricing while delivering quality workmanship and using industry-recommended installation practices. If additional work is discovered after the project begins, we'll discuss it with you and obtain your approval before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process simple and stress-free. We start by discussing your flooring needs, then schedule an on-site visit to measure and evaluate the project. You'll receive a clear, detailed estimate with no hidden surprises. Once you approve it, we schedule the work, keep you informed throughout the project, and finish with a final walkthrough to make sure everything meets your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many years of hands-on experience installing and repairing a wide variety of flooring, including carpet, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, carpet, tile, and trim work. We stay up to date on manufacturer installation guidelines and industry best practices to ensure every project delivers premium quality.
