- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat rate of $795.00 for single or married couple for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. There is a separate court filing fee of $338.00 that can be paid after filing in a payment plan set by the Court.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an initial consultation with the attorney. He will review your current financial situation, your assets, income and expenses. He will give you a list of information for you to provide if you are able to move forward with the bankruptcy proceeding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mr. Walling has been practicing bankruptcy law for 22 years. It is important to hire an experienced attorney and to have one by your side during this process.
