At Iconic Sounds and Entertainment we don't use those phrases because we really DO believe that our clients events are very important to them. That is why we make EVERY event important to us. Which is exactly what we strive for. While we are booked year round (212 events in 2018) we specialize in being attentive to all our clients individual needs. We recognize our client's have different goals and come to us with a variety of different expectations, event details, budgets, and needs. Because of that we have crafted our "Extraordinary" guarantee to ensure every client is satisfied with our service. We work very hard to ensure every client's expectations are exceeded. We do this by ensuring that all of our staff is highly trained in all aspects of the business and professionally knowledgeable, keeping up to date on industry trends and standards, and using the highest quality equipment.
