FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Labor is billed separately from parts. If I supply the parts, they’ll be added at cost. If you’d like to provide your own parts or materials, that’s no problem — I’ll install them at no extra charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you reach out, I’ll ask for a few details and photos of the project so I can better understand what’s needed and make sure I bring the right tools. We’ll confirm whether you or I will be supplying materials, then we’ll set up a date and time that works best to get the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of the work I do is centered around housework and property upkeep. I handle a wide range of maintenance tasks for property owners, from everyday repairs to preventive care. Whether it’s fixing small issues, preparing units for new tenants, or keeping homes in good working order, I provide reliable service at a fair price. My goal is to make property ownership easier by taking care of the details that keep homes safe, functional, and comfortable.
