We are focused on our customers and providing personalized service. It is our mission to ensure that each customer has an amazing experience, from start to finish, and that communication is consistently open so we can deliver the best product possible and exceed our customer's expectations. I fully service my clients, from the day they book a session, to the day I personally deliver their final products. In addition, as an artist, I am passionate about what I do and I love creating works of art for others to enjoy! Lastly, I am a member of the Professional Photographers of America. I maintain my membership every year to stay on my path of continuous learning and development. I continually hone my craft in order to provide the best product possible for my clients. I am also licensed and insured. I am a professional; not just someone casually taking photos on the weekends. I enjoy the opportunity that I have, every day, to meet new people and develop new relationships. I also enjoy the fact that I am able to utilize my artistic talents in a way that helps people to see themselves in a positive light. I strive to ensure that their experience is relaxed, fun and enjoyable! There is nothing more rewarding than to hear "WOW! I can't believe that is me!" Susan was the best choice I could ever make for my photography needs. I wanted to surprise my husband and take some nice photos during my first pregnancy. I could not have asked for more! Right from the first talk with Susan and all throughout the process, I felt like every request, question or concern I had, was answered with care. Even though I didn't know exactly what to expect, Susan made everything clear, with explanations on what to bring and how to prepare, in order to make me feel like a beauty queen for a day! My session day was the best! Danell, the wonderful makeup artist, listened carefully to my taste in makeup (and my husband's...). She was super professional and nice. Susan made me feel at home, helped me choose the best outfits and styles, and made me feel pretty right from the start. We shot for 4 hours and I had great time. When the reveal day came, Susan made a great effort to have my images prepared for the surprise. They were perfect; all with great light and quality. We decided to take advantage of the great selection of products Susan offers for printing. She gives extra care to the quality and variety of the prints. There is so much to choose from! Susan allowed plenty of time for us while we chose among the great photos: which ones to put in an album, which ones to have on acrylic, etc. The products came quickly and were all perfect! With no doubt, not only will I return to Susan for another session or two (or more...), but I will also give this as a great present for my friends - for birthdays, weddings or their pregnancy. To sum it up, Timeless Images by Susan offers not only great portraits and products, but also great service and experience - from beginning to end.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am continually striving to learn and grow in order to further develop my skills! I love to learn new things! Whether it's through PPA's educational services or other training and educational opportunities throughout my trade associations, I set aside a large amount of funds for my continuing ed. each year and enjoy any opportunity to attend classes, trade shows or educational seminars.
What types of customers have you worked with?
A) Beauty/glamour sessions focused on celebrating the amazing woman that you are today! Do something wonderful for yourself! B) HS senior sessions for juniors and seniors about to graduate from high school. C) Executive/professional branding. We shoot basic headshots, in studio, as well as environmental sessions, in your office environment, corporate group headshots. We also offer portrait sessions for models/actors. D) Special events (private)
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am a participating photographer with Inspiration through Art, which is a foundation that works with families who have children that have been diagnosed with life-threatening diseases. We offer free family portrait sessions to these families in order to help tell their stories! Since ITA I have had the privilege of photographing two amazing children and their families. You can see both stories on my website. This is one of the wonderful aspects about my industry that I love, and just one of the ways that I feel I can utilize my art to help people!
