We sold our house and had 60 days occupancy to remodel the house we bought. The house we bought was no where close to move a family of five into without some major remodeling. We were very skeptical if Mark would be able to overhaul the entire house in less than 8 weeks. Mark assured us that he would meet the deadline....he didn't let us down. He and his crew focused 100% of their time on our house until completion. He managed the entire remodeling from start-to-finish. He took the weight of worry off our shoulders. He knew our budget and was able to provide guidance as to what we could do and couldn't do throughout the entire process. He provided valuable input with multiple options that allowed us to make the right financial decision for us throughout. He was always keeping the line of communication open between he and us during the whole process....multiple times throughout the day as needed. He treated our house like it was his own, and his quality and workmanship proves it. We ran across a few unknowns that we didn't take into account originally, but Mark seemed to have researched, investigated, and resolved the issues without much disruption to the time frame nor the budget. We have recommended Mark to a few of our friends, and he was able to deliever with the same results and quality. Our friends are recommending Mark to their friends now. Mark professionalism, knowledge, quality, care, and workmanship is hands down the best. He was able to provide us with an entirely remodeled dream home on-time and on budget. No other General Contractor was able to come close to his price tag either.
