  They should know that we don’t charge by the hour we charge by the job.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I come in and do a free quote, then we agree on a price. We decided if they want to be a weekly, biweekly or monthly clean. We then set a specific day we come and time.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I’m a certified cleaner. I have cleaned for 12 years.
