FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call where I can better understand the scope of the project. Then I'll most likely want to come to the house to get measurements and a view of the project in person. After in person visit, I'll work out an estimate and send it via email where we will communicate back and forth via phone, txt, or email until we answer all questions and concerns about project including price and time frames.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 4 yr Marketing degree from Ferris State University. I've been in the building world since 2009. I started working with an investor who purchased the homes and paid for the renovations. We'd do all the renovations on the home. Since 2009, we've been doing flip houses and contracting work for customers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My, now, brother-in-law was in the business. He was the contractor and his dad was the real estate agent/investor. I teamed up with them in 2009.
