Hired on Thumbtack

March 16th of this year, I sent an email to request for service at the end of April. They requested my address and stated they would be happy to help. I followed up on April 20th to confirm that they will be out next week. They sent an OK. Today I reached out to determine when they will come and was told that their cutting list was full. This is the first provider with Thumbtack that offer poor customer service.
