Our fixed prices may slightly vary. Additional facts may be needed to adequately quote a potential new client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial consultation is always free. After we are hired, we keep in constant contact with our clients. We text, call and email our clients. Before our first court appearance, we sit down with our clients, and come up with a game plan, and an honest outcome of the case. We also guide our clients through every step of the way, having most of our clients do things outside of the courtroom and their bond conditions, to help their case before they are sentenced.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Eric Pernie was a police officer for nearly 11 years, and is a licensed Michigan Attorney. He was an evidence technician, a field training officer, and knows the standardized field sobriety tests inside and out. Matthew Fraiberg is also licensed to practice law in Michigan, and was a former prosecuting attorney. Matthew has handled thousands of cases throughout Michigan, and has been licensed since 1997.
