We engaged Roland to install our 10x16 hardtop gazebo from Purpleleaf. From the moment I reached out, he was very responsive, provided expert tips. When it was delivered, he was right on time to install it. They worked till late that day to get the work completed and did a fantastic job. The gazebo is solid, no single leak, beautifully done, work area cleaned and he wanted to know if its done to my satisfaction. We have engaged a lot people to do work for us but we rate Roland a top 10/10.
The gazebo came with insect net but no privacy curtains so I had to order that separately. The curtain, fan and lights that I ordered did not arrive on time, he kept in touch with me to check when its available then he came back and installed them. We are totally impressed by his humility, professionalism, excellent skills and quick response. I will definitely recommend Roland to anyone needing this type of work or something similar. Thank you Thumbtack and Roland for providing us with such a wonderful experience.
