Propel was great to work with. They responded quickly to my messages. Worked with me to get to my mothers house for the review and estimate. They updated my mothers electrical panel, put in a whole-house ground and shut-off (and brought it up to code).

Arrived on time. Checked the home, As I only had electricity in part of the home. Realized I needed to call DTE for the outside line coming into the home because I was not receiving full power. And yes, that was the problem. DTE came out and fixed the outside line. I would call them again

Top drawer, seriously. I bought my house not knowing it would be a project. Propel was prompt, quick and respected my home. They replaced the outside and inside electrical boxes and plugged a hole left from the out of code outside box. Side note: sweet boys and one sings while he works, on key, great voice. I enjoyed having them in my home. If I need anything in the future I won't hesitate.
