We got wired cameras installed and a switch repaired. Technician Rebecca was very knowledgeable and patiently discussed options on what would be needed to install at different sites. Arrived on time and completed the work competently. Overall quite satisfied.

They did an excellent job. Very punctual. The female electrician who installed our chandelier was awesome. (Rebecca, Sorry if I remember the name wrong) We had 20ft ceilings and not many people able to do the job. Very professional, tidy and polite

He investigated my problem with 3 new dryers that didn't work and found it to be in my breaker connection. He obtained a new part, fixed the wiring and resolved the issue.

Rebecca came out to install my EV charger. She was absolutely phenomenal and so polite. She explained everything she was doing, and took the time to make sure we didn’t have any questions or concerns. Would 100% use this company again

I rarely write reviews, and given my recent experiences... I am as untrusting as one can be. With that being said, I am writing one now, and I haven't even received the invoice yet. After speaking with Phil, I knew I had found a reputable and trustworthy company. There is something refreshing about people keeping their word, even if it's just a, "I'll call you back in 10 minutes." (and especially when it is exactly 10 minutes) One thing I have learned is that we never truly know what people are going through or are capable of, and sometimes, the people we help the most, we never even know how much we helped them. Ed, who showed up to the house and called ahead of time, was there for a whole-house inspection and to rewire the box so the air-con would work. The previous renter in my house did all of the things we fear renters would do... and then some. To know I had to temporarily move back into my house with my dog, no air-con, and a hack-job of tweaked-out electrical-misfit wiring strewn about, well...to be honest, I was fucking scared. Ed went above and beyond to make sure that the most important things were addressed. He even went into the crawl space multiple times without a single complaint, thoroughly inspected all of the wiring throughout the house and garage, tested fuses and outlets, and was able to reconnect the wiring for the air-con and provide me with suggestions for future work. The kind of person I would have left the key under the mat for and just say, "Write me a note and let me know the work that was needed...and please lock up when you leave." Above all, when Ed told me that the house was safe, I knew the house was safe. The reviews about Propel were initially what caught my attention. So don't thank me for writing this. Thank yourself in advance for hiring Propel Tech & Electric.
