I hope all is well on this rainy day. Due to an unfortunate event, we had to make some renovations to our home. I had more contractors quote than fingers on both hands. It was an interesting experience. I got a question. Why do contractors take their time to come out and quote as well as use your precious time and never send the actual quote? What is the point? I followed up with one and they still didn't quote. Wow, tacky. You are in the business to make money, so every customer should receive their quote. I'm sharing my experience, so you can see what GOOD service looks like. I had the pleasure to meet Sam, from EPIC FLOORS. Please note, I didn't get paid to write this post. This is all me. From start to finish, EPIC FLOORS exceeded my expectations. As some of us know, renovations can be stressful. I met with Sam and he insured I was well informed of all aspects of the project. If you want EXCEPTIONAL service, pay attention to how the contractor handles your request. CALLS ANSWERED ON TIME! ALL CORRESPONDENCE RECEIVED ON TIME. PROJECT COMPLETED AS REQUESTED BY THE CUSTOMER. Sam in sales was incredibly accommodating—he called me within minutes of my initial inquiry, scheduled a quote, and was at my house within two hours. I mentioned that I wanted the flooring installed the next day, and somehow, they made it happen!
Nick, the installer, was just as impressive. He did an outstanding job with the installation and went above and beyond, especially with some custom carpentry work that was needed to make the hybrid flooring fit perfectly. His attention to detail and craftsmanship really stood out.
