- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work around our customers desired budgets to assure satisfaction. A 15% discount is attainable when a customer recommends our services to another individual who uses any of our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our team likes to first speak with our customers via phone and gain an understanding of what is needed. If we feel as if we can be of service we offer a free estimate to price the project, then schedule a time to begin the project with our customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is experienced in each of the services we offer. Some of our team members have gone through the Home Depot Training Courses before joining our company.
