Fear not, call Oscar. He was as reliable as his first call. He let me know what he could do, and when he could do it on our first call. He offered a very fair price and was confident to let me get other quotes. More than that, he was very accommodating when we agreed to terms and on the day of install I realized that I had goofed by throwing away some important (and NEEDED) hardware with the packing box. Oscar said, no problem, he installed what he could from our project and collected fair payment only for that. When the reordered parts arrived, I was able to reschedule a time for him to come back out and finish the job. I ALSO had some spacing limitations based on wiring and plaster from what I was replacing and he helped me work around (at my preference), adding to the project with unexpected work. This was a very heavy mounted medicine cabinet and separate light fixture. Both were done securely,, and esthetically to my satisfaction based on my setup. -- I'm not only thankful, but appreciative of both his understanding, and professionalism. -- Oscar was on time, communicative and fairly priced. I won't think twice about hiring him for anything that he can work on in the future. Thanks again Oscar!

Contacted Oscar Home Services in the AM to have replacement TV mounted on wall. Oscar was able to do the work that afternoon. We REALLY appreciated that he programmed the remote control for new TV!
