Maximum amount of people we service is 3000. We go above and beyond to provide you with a memorable experience and we pride ourselves on our food service for your weddings and banquets.

Gianmarco was great! I had a small dinner party for my mom and wanted to give her an authentic Italian dinner experience. Chef did not disappoint! The food was delicious and had a lot of leftover to enjoy for days to come.

Gianmarco was absolutely wonderful! We had a surprise put together for our boss and he went the extra mile to deliver a certificate for the dinner in bow directly to his home. The day of the dinner everyone raved about his service, the experience, and more importantly his food. Everything was incredible. I would highly recommend.

I was looking for a private chef last minute to cook a delicious meal for my dad's 60th birthday, and Gianmarco did not disappoint! I was especially impressed with his responsiveness - he called right away when I put in a request on the website, and sent me an outline for a menu less than an hour later. He brought a printed out menu to have on the table when he came. The food was delicious, so many wonderful flavors that we would never have cooked ourselves but that we enjoyed so much. We will be hiring Gianmarco again for future events!

I began in a humble restaurant in Rome and then moved to Paris France to expand my knowledge, now in the USA Ive worked in Michigan and most recently helped open the new Bice Cucina restaurant located in Soho which has been a fan favorite and a hit with celebrities from all over.
