My husband and I just moved into our home with no knowledge of the sprinkler system the seller left behind. SIS provided us with a new control panel, rewired the zones and even showed us how it works. They also offered to come back and winterize it for us at the end of the month. I really appreciate their service as Michigan has clearly been experiencing a drought and my lawn certainly looks like it. Looking forward to lush grass even if just for a few weeks! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to support a local family business in southeast Michigan!

I can not recommend Outdoor Elegance. After meeting with Mario and getting a quote to repair our sprinkler system, we gave him the job and were given a date for the repairs. He never showed up. After subsequent calls and two more appointments scheduled, he ghosted us a total of 3 times and have not heard anything from the company since. Update 06/13/2026. I received a call from Mario who had lost our contact issue and had family issues. He apologized and came out the same day to make the repairs. Our system is now working and he did not charge us due to the long wait. I appreciate the effort he made to provide good customer service.

Soro Irrigation Service did an excellent job! They worked very hard to make sure everything was done properly. Their service was very good, professional, and friendly. The price was also very reasonable, which made the whole experience even better. I truly appreciate their effort and highly recommend them!
