The rehearsal gives everyone an opportunity to understand where to stand, when to walk, where to go, and how the ceremony will flow. SPECIALTY & ALTERNATIVE CEREMONIES Starting at $250–$350 Perfect for: Couples whose circumstances require additional coordination, special access arrangements, or a ceremony outside the traditional wedding setting. Specialty Services May Include: Facility Ceremonies such as A hospital, limited access environments or an environment subject to facility’s approval and specific requirements. I can coordinate with the appropriate facility contacts, chaplain, or designated personnel and complete the officiant portion of the marriage process. Military & Time-Sensitive Ceremonies: For couples with military/deployment, insurance, relocation, or other time-sensitive circumstances who need a professional officiant available within a specific timeframe. International & Visa-Related Marriages: Officiant services for couples navigating a document or time-sensitive marriage requirement related to a K-1 visa, student visa, work visa, or international relationship. Service is limited to the marriage ceremony and required officiant documentation; immigration or legal advice is not provided. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My approach is personal, professional, and easy from the first conversation. I begin by learning about the couple, their wedding plans, ceremony style, location, and what they envision for their special day. From there, I explain the officiant services that best fit their needs, answer questions, discuss pricing and logistics, and make sure they understand the next steps. For couples choosing a customized ceremony, I take time to learn their love story, preferences, traditions, and any special elements they’d like included. I then use that information to create a ceremony that feels authentic to them. My goal is for every couple to feel comfortable, heard, prepared, and confident that their ceremony is being handled with care—from our first conversation through the moment they say, **“I do.”**
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience as an ordained minister and wedding officiant includes creating and officiating personalized wedding ceremonies, elopements, vow renewals, commitment ceremonies, quick sigh & go and other meaningful celebrations. I work closely with couples to understand their relationship, preferences, traditions, and vision so their ceremony feels personal rather than generic. I can create customized ceremony scripts, incorporate personal vows, readings, spiritual or non-spiritual elements, and help coordinate the flow of the ceremony with the wedding party, DJ, coordinator, and other vendors. My event-service experience also gives me an understanding of the importance of timing, organization, professionalism, and creating a smooth experience for couples and their guests. Whether you’re planning an intimate elopement, a traditional wedding, a themed ceremony, or a simple legal signing, I approach each ceremony with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
