- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use fixed prices based on word count, so the rate will depend on the length of your resume. If you would like to know exactly what to expect before getting started, I am happy to send over a personalized quote. Just reach out, and I will get that to you right away!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we get started, I make a copy of your original document so your work is always kept safe and untouched. For resumes, you can expect a turnaround of 1 to 2 business days. For larger projects, I typically work within a 7-business-day timeframe. I want to make sure every project gets the time and attention it deserves! Each client may receive one revision before needing to file an additional job service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in script writing and have owned my own company. I am EFA trained and take classes yearly to keep my skills sharp and up to date.
