As someone who was never fond of the gym and new to lifting weights, i was pretty apprehensive when I began working with Brandon. However, after the first training, I realized I did not have a reason to be. Brandon is a great trainer. He is incredibly passionate about what he does and it shows through his work. He not only talks with you about what your training goals are, but provides you with several ways in which you can reach those goals, so you are are working and training in a way that is comfortable for you and will give you the results that you want. He is very patient, listening to any concerns you may have and providing you with endless motivation and support. I now live a more healthy, active lifestyle and I actually enjoy going to the gym now and that is all thanks to Brandon.

I have worked with Brandon on several occasions. I have found him to be incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable. He helped me get on track with my diet, I have seen great results due to that. Trimmed off a ton of body fat. He also has helped me fine tune my workout routine which has helped me gain significant muscle mass as well as toning up a ton! I couldn't be happier with my results.
