- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the education and level of expertise our educators will bring you. We only use quality training equipment as well as maintain a high customer service rating.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon first contact, we determine which course is the right one for you, then we discuss pricing, available dates and times, then an official quote is sent. If you accept the quote, we require full payment upon scheduling training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our combined healthcare provider experience exceeds 30 years. In addition, we teach pre-nursing courses as well Medical Assistant courses. Age and skill level diversity, in learning styles, is an area we pride ourselves in.
