- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For all estimates I will break down each section of the estimate and explain in detail how much it will cost and why it is that cost
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches contact with me they usually will give me a little detail about their issue or project and we can then plan a time and date for me to come and see the job and give an accurate estimate
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated high school in 2012 and attended college for a short time but realized that hands on training is my kind of learning and I became apprentice to a master drywaller
