We hired out No BS Cleaning for a last second deep clean of our house. They responded promptly, communicated regularly, and Dulcie who came out did an amazing job! She spent hours going over the rooms in our house and it looks like a 180 on how it was before. Thanks again!

Kristin did an excellent job. She was very thorough and completed everything I asked. My kitchen was thoroughly cleaned and so was my bathroom. She also vacuumed the living room. Great job Kristin and I would like you to come back. What I didn’t know was that Bishop is the manager and sends out the cleaners to peoples homes. And Kristin was told 11:00 am when I clearly discussed 10:30 with Bishop. Kristin was late 50 minutes because of this. Better communication would have helped me with my first experience with this company. I do want Kristin to come back on April 10th to clean again at 10:30 am. I hope that can happen. I also hope Bishop looks at his messages on Thumbtack more often because I left him a message. The 5 star review is for Kristin’s work. I give Bishop a 4. Bishop please call me.
