FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please call for a free quote. Our standard fees are based on travel distance and the number of documents you need to have notarized. Other services, including standby (waiting >15 minutes for Client to receive documents from their attorney), postage/courier service, document reproduction (copying), etc., are subject to additional charges. We will ALWAYS tell you what those fees are in advance. We also service urgent 24/7 requests by those in hospitals, nursing homes, assisted-living or other care-facilities who need notarizations of various legal instruments including but not limited to Deeds, Power of Attorney, Wills, Trusts, Trust Certificates, Living Wills and Advance Directives.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will promptly return your call at which time I will start an intake, and then provide you a detailed quote over the phone for my services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a B.S. Degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida (2004) and I have over 20+ years of executive leadership, contract management, accounts receivable, and administrative experience working for a family-owned construction firm with nearly 30 employees. I also have a decade of local, non-profit management experience where I have served as the Treasurer, Flight Director, Vice President, and President of a 100-Member non-profit corporation (Flying Club) based in Livingston County, as well as Program Management and Board Member experience for a national organization representing nearly 10,000 pilots nation-wide.
