- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Menu's are custom creations based on specific client needs/wishes. Lunch prices begin at $16 per person. Weekly meal service is reserved for current clients. There is a $50 menu creation and consultation fee. There is a distance fee for travel beyond 25 miles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important that a conversation about what the customer is looking for in detail occurs. Often the customer isn't really sure what they want or of the details involved in an event, a cooking class or custom meals. Sometimes a person has never done any of the services I offer before. That is where my fourteen years of experience comes in. I also have the customer fill out a detailed questionnaire for meals or an event. I then review the questionnaire and we talk about the information provided so I am clear on their likes/dislikes and wishes. Communication is key in any relationship.

I am a graduate of the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA).
