Scheduling was easy, customer service was good, and our radon system looks great. Pretty seamless, although they do contract out to an electrician to make the final electrical changes but he wasn’t hard to work with.

The true proof will be the measure of radon reduction over time (2 weeks to see results). However, process and procedure were quite well done. Asked for Epic recommended fan upgrade but it was not available at this time. Indicated they would install larger fan, if needed, with no additional labor charges. That should be workable.
