ServiceMaster has been an absolute pleasure to work with after an event that was definitely not a pleasure. We had some water back up in the basement and our insurance company sent SM out right away. Everyone we have dealt with has been very professional, kind and has walked us through every step of the process. We've had some questions, since this is our first time having to deal with anything like this, but Aiden has been on top of things and has gotten right back to us. Textiles were out next day, removed and cleaned everything they could and provided a detailed list of the items that could not be saved. Remediation followed quickly after and had most of the demo done that day.
We just got our cleaned textiles back today and some items are better than new. Remodel/restore will be the final step, and we're working through that at the moment. I have no doubt that we will be fully satisfied based on the process up until now. We're very thankful to the team at ServiceMaster and would absolutely recommend them for any needs that you might have.
UPDATE: Remodel also finished and they went above and beyond. If you have the option or opportunity to work with ServiceMaster, I highly recommend it! Everyone was great, throughout the entire process and what started as a stressful situation ended up being completely painless and left us with a beautiful, safe new space in our home.

Just wanted to recognize My'kah and Omarian for going above and beyond their assignment. They turned the basement lights off, closed the door and cleaned the floor. When you are 75 years old it's the little things that count!

We had a leak that has ruined all of our floors in our main living space. The three T’s (PM- Tayja Techs : Tyrone and Trey were awesome and kind and VERY professional. Tayja is very informative about the steps that were to come next. Quite honestly they got there and my anxiety went away. Happy customer

I can NOT even begin to tell you how amazing both Andrew & Mark were after our basement flooded back in April due to a septic line burst which caused gray / black water to backflow into the basement. Andrew & Mark both were very attentive on helping me get through the paperwork & steps while engaging with my insurance claims adjuster regularly. They always kept me in the loop and provided recommendations and support when I had questions.
I got to work with Mark more one on one and he really helped me understand the process of restoration & answered about a million questions I had for him. Each time he was always honest and straight forward and really understood what needed to be done and how. He and his contractor (I believe it was Danny?) really did an amazing job, restoring the basement better than it had been before the flood.
Most importantly, they (Mark and Andrew), were very understanding with my wife being in her third trimester and our concerns of chemicals and dust getting upstairs. Mark especially knew the time crunch we were on as the due date approached quickly during insurance negotiations. He was more than happy to do what needed to get done to get the work done before her due date. Funnily enough, They ended up finishing the restoration about 4-5 days before our son was delivered so the timing was impeccable!
If you find yourself up "a" creek without a paddle, call this team of professionals!!!

ServiceMaster came out to clean up after a sewer line backup in my basement. The first ones out were Aiden the project manager and Tayja. They surveyed the damage so they could send out their crew to start the cleanup. They were prompt, friendly and extremely informative about the process I was looking at. Very impressed by their professionalism and knowledge.
