I paid in full as asked and he didn’t get the pictures to me within the time he promised. After I had waited 2 full weeks, I asked again for my edited pictures and the videos and he said his daughter had a soccer game and he had other clients. Excuses. One after the other. I never got the edited pictures and videos that were promised. He did send pictures but if he edited, it was a horrible editing job! He also made a stink about editing and took over a month to produce and again, it was three pictures here two pictures weeks later. He was very inconsistent and took his time.
I was told the price included 2 videos one inside one out. The video was only of the outside and was less than 30 seconds!
I needed these pictures to help sell my home so time was important for me to get them.
I highly do NOT recommend this person if you want good decent pictures and videos in a timely manner. And, I never received my video for the inside of the house.
I’ve got all the documents text, emails and messages on Thumbtack to prove our conversations.
