- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different so every quote is different. All projects require a meeting to accurately estimate my costs of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step, introductions with a face-to-face meeting. Then the go over the scope of work required and how much down payment is needed to start the project. I will then draft plans and elevations of the work to be finished and send via email to the customer for approval. Changes will be made after the customer send replies with feedback or if there are no changes, I will complete the project. Remainder of payment is due at the end of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Architectural Degree from Ferris State University. for the past 30 years I've studied space planning and design to help with my architectural skills.
