- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide transparent pricing and list all materials and a detailed scope of work. In winter months we offer No Rush Deal, 20% off all projects sold in January and February. We also have Teacher, Law Enforcement, Military, and Senior discounts. We also offer a discount to listeners of the Michigan State Basketball Podcast, The Final Four Is Not On The Schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule estimates when it is convenient for you. Our Solutionist will contact customers the day of the appointment to let them know they are on their way. Our approach is educational and informative and we do not use high pressure sales tactics. Estimates are good for 30 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our skilled technicians are trained in the The Brother's way, which includes continuous online training and personal development, including reading and delivering book reports, putting our installers on a career path from Apprentice to Supervisor level. Our installers are also trained to provide on the spot estimates for any additional work orders and will walk the property to inspect each job with the customer to ensure total satisfaction upon completion.
