- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have a "one-size fits all" pricing system, but we do have a standard. All events are priced by using a system rental fee and a fee for each technician that will be at your event. If the event is outside of our 50 mile radius, we do charge an additional cost per mile.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts us for our services, we initially assess the needs and how we can provide them. If their needs are beyond the scope of what we can currently accomplish, we discuss various ways that we can provide services by hiring independent contractors, renting equipment, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our sound technicians have vast experience working with many types of clients and in many types of situations.
