- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+) certification as well as a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification. Combined with years of hands-on experience across PC, Mac, and IT systems, I bring both formal credentials and real-world expertise to every job. I stay current with evolving technology to ensure I'm always offering the best solutions for hardware, software, and small business IT needs.
