All of my fees go to my Non-profit, to help dogs on kill lists for behavior issues.
I have been the Behavior/Training Manager at two large rescues in Florida. My passion is helping dogs overcome their issues to become happy and fear-free. I have a soft spot for rescue dogs.
I am well-experienced with leash reactivity, dog to dog aggression, fear, physical abuse, and neglect, as well as all other behaviors. All dogs can make progress.
My goal has always been to help dogs, not to make money. I bring an understanding and compassion to dogs that gains their trust and allows me to heal them.

Meeting Tommy was I feel, a learning experience. He pointed out things about Annie I hadn’t thought of. He had her eating out of his hand. She isn’t a cuddly, loving dog! He gave us suggestions on how to handle her anxiety. I look forward to continuing to work with him.

I cannot say enough good things about Thommy and Canine Compassionate Healing & Training. Not only was he very responsive and detailed while discussing my concerns with my pup but he was also very communicative leading up to the appt. Once Thommy arrived to my home he was very respectful with wearing a mask and social distancing. He also took great care with my pup when he arrived who was a bit frightened of a stranger at his home. Thommy was patient and caring to earn the trust of my pup which earned my trust as well. Thommy has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to dogs as well as their anxious owners who just want to get it right. He provided me a ton of great tools that we practiced during the appt. It was clear within the first few minutes of our walk my pup was already improving. I love my experience! He was able to help me understand my 2 new elderly and special needs rescues and then has been very good with the training of my 2 dogs. His knowledge of the animal and causes of certain behaviors has been a true gift. Watching the way the animals respond to him and his teachings is remarkable! I strongly recommend him if you have any sort of challenge with your furry loved one.
