For over 20 years, I've managed and maintained our investment rental properties. What this means is that I am not just a landlord, but I've been a plumber, electrician, window and door installer and also a framer and finish carpentry professional. Basically, I've done it all. Due to a recent change, I'm now taking on additional work for others as well. I try to be very fair with my pricing. In most all cases I provide up front pricing of the project, unless there are many unknowns. and even then, I will work with you to help understand the costs along the way.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first want to talk with you to find out exactly what it is that you are looking for and then agree to next steps. in each step of the process, I believe clear and concise communications are essential. I never want to leave you wondering what is going on.

Years of maintaining and updating residential properties.
