I recently attended a wedding and had the pleasure of eating a meal prepared by Chef Marqus and his crew. Both the food and the service were outstanding. Chef Marqus came to table before each course to tell us about what we would be enjoying and why he liked to use certain ingredients. He and his staff were attentive but not obtrusive. I would definitely recommend Culinary Canvas for your next event!

Chef Marqus is outstanding. He's made a huge difference in our lives as far as not only the quality and incredible taste of the food he cooks, however he's made meal prep and adherence to a healthier lifestyle/diet so much easier for our family. We cannot recommend him highly enough!

Chef Marqus does weekly meal prep for us as a busy household with two working parents and a baby. I can't recommend his service enough. Having delicious, healthy, home cooked meals ready to go in the fridge has been a complete game changer. **It has given us our Sundays and evenings back**. The time saved and stress avoided is amazing - no more last minute scrambles for dinner. Not to mention, the food is far more delicious than we could make ourselves. We basically stopped doing takeout at restaurants because what we have at home is literally better. We know it won't be long until he is too busy to take on more clients so we are grateful we caught him early!
