FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price per night when staying at a home, includes all night care and morning care. If I am not staying at the home, I charge per visit and what is required at that visit, this cost covers the extra travel time and gas costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial meeting to interview each other. If it goes well another meeting to go over details of what is required for the job. That would be feeding times, exercise, pet preferences, owner preferences, mail, plant, house care details. Exchange of keys and how the customer needs to contacted while away. When you return, I would like feedback as to how I did my job and what I could do better. My goal is making sure is that my customer is extremely happy, knows I exceeded their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of caring for my own cats, dogs, horses, and farm animals. Making sure the animals needs come before mine. Special diets, administering medications, older pet care, puppy care. I also have an Applied Associates in horse training.
