Called to confirm estimate appt. Sent estiment when and as promised. Called before starting the job. Very competitive. All crew presented themselves very well. Cleaned up after work was complete. Sub contractor was out the next day to stump grind and was every bit as impressive as Dylan and his New Growth crew. I would hire them again and would and have begun to refer them to neighbors.

They showed up on a Saturday to accommodate my wife's work schedule. Very knowledgeable about their trade and have all the equipment to do the job quickly and safely. Cleanup was completely done. Tree was hauled away.

Severe winds toppled a 30 ft spruce into my yard. Despite being busy with extensive downed trees in the area, Dylan was very responsive, stopped by same day to provide an estimate, and was able to get the project done the following day. The crew was thorough and efficient and cleaned up so well you could hardly tell there had ever been a downed tree. Would absolutely hire Dylan and his team again.

The only issue I had with New Growth Tree & Snow Service was the communication between Dylan & myself as to when we were actually going to take the tree down. I know that the weather was a factor though. They took the tree down efficiently and made sure they cleaned up after they were done. I will be sure to recommend them to anyone who needs tree work done.

Kept in contact with us letting us know when he would be available to do the work. When he had an opening in his schedule, he let us know when I came out right away.
