I had two windowsinstalled. The original windows were broken. The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job installing my windows. They even did a beautiful oak trim that I just love. This is my second dealings with Zen. I had a slider replaced last summer. With both door and window I am shocked at the difference. My heating bill has gone down this winter instead of up. No cold drafts!!!! I will be replacing the rest of my windows this summer. Thank you Zen Windows!!!

Dave delivered what he promosed. I installed the windows myself (11of them). I've installed other major brands and think the quality of the windows Dave sold me are better. I'm very happy with the service and product. The potos are the beginning of the project.

We had 12 windowsinstalled. The price was right. The windows are high quality. The installers were courteous and polite and very efficient. Would recommend them to anybody looking for windows or doors.

We normally don't post reviews, but we are so happy with the service and quality of these windows, we decided to make an exception. While we have known Dave for several years, and have great trust in him and the products he sells, we still did our research on these windows and sought out other bids. You may find a better price (we did not) but you will not find a better product for the money. Plus, the installers were outstanding. Very courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. We went with the vinyl replacement windows and not only does the house look great, they are incredibly efficient and work so smoothly. We had originally not replaced every window, but after seeing how great they looked, and realizing the added value they brought to the house, we went back and replaced several more. The estimate is free with no high pressure sales, and you don't pay anything until the work is done and you are satisfied. It's well worth giving Dave a call and checking out Zen windows. You'll be happy you did!

We recently had all of our windows and doors replaced by Zen Windows West Michigan. The process was simple, and the recommendations they made added a tremendous amount of light in the house. The install crew was great and kept our house clean throughout the project. We've noticed an immediate difference comfort wise, especially in the kids bedrooms.

There is no sales pressure and customers are provided with literature and product information to inform their decision on their time.
