Dave delivered what he promosed. I installed the windows myself (11of them). I've installed other major brands and think the quality of the windows Dave sold me are better. I'm very happy with the service and product. The potos are the beginning of the project.

The process to get a quote was the number one reason going with Zen Windows. Not having a pushy sales person in my house selling things I didn't want or need was just absolutely refreshing. I got the quote exactly for what I needed by communicating via email and phone and without anyone coming out to my house. Once I agreed to the price, someone came out to measure to validate, ordered the windows and I didn't have to pay until it was all installed. AMAZING, JUST AMAZING. I'm recommending to everyone. Service, responsiveness, professional and price made this experience better than I thought it would have been.

There is no sales pressure and customers are provided with literature and product information to inform their decision on their time.
