replaced a valve on my shower that was leaking. assured me that if it failed to stop the leak, that the money I put towards this repair would be rolled into replacing the entire valve assembly. Josh was great, he was super friendly and direct with fixing the issue and explaining my options. I will likely call Benjamin Franklin again when I need plumbing work done

I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing because I had a leaky toilet that was leaking into my basement. Anthony came out and he was excellent. He found that the toilet was never installed properly and the flange was far too shallow, and the wood was also weak underneath the base. So he reenforced the floor in the basement and installed/raised the flange, installed a new supply line, and made everything look and function much better.Anthony was very personable, professional, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs honest, quality work done.Thanks again, Anthony!
