FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have travel fees if your event location is over 50 miles out from our base in Canton, MI. We do not carry a liquor license therefore we do not sell or supply alcoholic beverages. We do however formulate a full liquor/beer/wine list according to your specific event needs. All other bar needs may be supplied by us for a fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I like to start with their free 15 minute consultation to make sure I have all the details to give a proper quote. Sometimes details are overlooked when preparing for an event and other times the customer is simply not intrested in including minor things and that's okay but I like to go over it all to be sure. Once a quote is given and the customer has decided they want to lock in our services for their date with a deposit they are given the option to pay either 25% (minimum of $100) or to pay in full and receive a discount. A deposit is the only way to guarantee we have available staff for your event date. Preparing for your specific event needs in a timely manner is important for us especially with supplies sometimes taking some extra time to come in, so when you book we order to stay ahead. Once we have received a customers deposit you not only have our professional services for the day of your event but included is our one hour Event Planning Consultation service. This is where we cover every detail to customize your alcohol order (for you the client to purchase) and double check the expectations set for our team. We are also available for you to reach out via phone or email for questions you might have to help you best plan, if needed. Calls/text and emails outside of set consultation times can expect to be returned within 2-5 business days, unless your event is within 14 calendar days in which the return can be expected within 1-24 hour(s).
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was raised a host and worked my way through the service industry. Organising and hosting events just became the norm.
