Easy to work with. We changed items along the way on our side, Rick had suggestions. It ended up perfect. Very pleased with 2 bathrooms, kitchen update with wall removals, new electrical for ceiling lights we never had before. Not to mention a new attic fan and best of all the wiring for a wonderful hot tub. We had basic bathrooms and a dark red kitchen living room with walled areas. What we now have is two modern bathrooms and an open concept that is so bright and up date. He also matched our oak flooring and you can't tell where the old wood ends and the new starts. He was here and doing the work, it was not subbed out.
