I never write bad reviews but this experience was horrible. This guy has the worst attitude. Comes off nice but NO! We hired Rick to do some various projects for us. He came off as very easy to work with then things took a turn. He began to criticize our EMPLOYEES, and did a lot of unnecessary things that were not asked of him. It just became very over complicated. That is not the worst thing. Rick totally stopped working on our project right in the middle because he said we did not have the materials he needed. Instead of asking where the materials were he stopped working in the middle of the project. And never came back. When reality the materials were there! He just didn’t ask us, because his temper is so bad. Lastly, we was rude, critisiized our employees, and was very disrespectful to us and unprofessional. Rick used explicit language towards us multiple times, and his communication was really poor. I would not recommend this guy he has a really short and bad temper. Not easy at all to work or communicate with.

Rick reached out to me on my project to fix my gas dryer. From his first message to communication through the day it was quick, professional, and confident. He worked around my work schedule which I can’t thank him enough because of my hours at work. Rick came on time and went right to work. Turns out all it was, was a turned off gas valve but not once did he make me feel embarrassed. He stayed still made sure my dryer worked and on top of that worked on my boiler for a few minuets to make sure that was up to working condition. This man was nice, professional, and educational. Turns out he’s a union carpenter and still went back to school to get his HVAC verifications. Talk about wanting to be a continuous growing professional. If you don’t hire him you’re making a mistake. He is a guy I will be referring any chance I get.
