- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don't think I will ever stop myself from learning new things. I am always researching and teaching myself in many areas, even outside of computers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
While in high school I developed a strong interest in computers, so I went down the path of the PC. I worked at CompUSA, then at an IT help desk. Now I am the IT Manager at a logistics company. I enjoy helping people and working with computers so I started my own side business to help people with their computer needs.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The problem that people come to me the most about would be that their computer is running too slowly and that they want me to speed it up for them. Usually this can be done with software changes alone but sometimes it requires a hardware purchase.
