I needed a Kitchenaid dishwasher repaired. In a house of 7 people, a broken dishwasher is critical! Star Appliance came out late on a Friday. He took his time, understood the problem, explained it to us, and then made the repair. His rates are reasonable and he didn't try to gouge us on a Friday night! Dishwasher is working great. Will 100% look him up if I have any more appliance issues.

My partner and his dad took apart my Fridgidaire oven to replace the igniter when the bake function would not work. They could not put it back together due to how complicated it was (even the repairman said so 😆). While he was a little late because he thought our appointment was for the next day (happens to everyone), he did answer my phone call to check if he was still coming and came out. He was friendly and got my oven working! 🥳 Cash is his preferred form of payment, it was $180 for our repair/ reassembly.
