I have been getting regular facials with Jenna and have recently had my eyebrows done as well. The clean, cozy feel of her salon makes it easy to relax and enjoy. Jenna is a true professional. Jenna is absolutely amazing! I have to wear a mask everyday for work and she gave me the best advice on how to prevent my pores from clogging. I’ve had several facials in my life and hands down have never had the results I had with Jenna. I will never see another esthetician again. She’s so knowledgeable and honest about everything! I can’t wait until my next visit with her.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based off of my experience and education/training. I offer 25% off one esthetic service during the week of your birthday and run promotions via Instagram/FB (I.e - Black Friday, holiday season, etc) Makeup services prices vary per job/location. Contract and deposit are required. $1/mile travel fee does apply for any travel beyond 30 miles.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Thorough consultation and skin analysis. Establishing the goals of the treatment or service and creating a realistic at-home routine to work towards those goals between services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Esthetician- Douglas J. Aveda Barbicide Certified Barbicide COVID-19 Certified Freelance Makeup Artist Experience - 4 years
