The carpet looks new after the job!! He was timely and polite. One wish for an improvement is that it would have been better if we were told the updated price from the initial quote, I was just surprised with a bit higher price.

Larry was AMAZING! He showed up promptly, did a beautiful job and was a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely use him again. I am waiting for him to submit an estimate on redoing my wood floors. If this carpetcleaning was any hint, I’m sure he will do an excellent job on that as well.

Larry kept in contact with me to confirm appointment and to reschedule as needed. The work done was quick and a quality job. My linoleum floors look brand new, the tile is finally clean and my carpets feel so nice and clean. Price was right too. Would use Larry again in the future when the floors get dirty again.

I need to be patient, after I arrive on site. The customer needs to be very clear about describing the job that needs to be done. My job is to answer their questions and provide solutions to their every need.

I have an M.B.A. in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting and Finance. I am detail oriented, efficient, and very prompt. My job at the job site is to manage my cleaning resources, reduce waste, the customer's time and preserve the Customer's Property.
